Wednesday 9 May, 11am
Join us for a screening of two short films Dad’s Stick (2012, Dir. John Smith) and Automotive Action Painting (2006, Dir. George Barber) followed by a talk led by Alice Butler.
During these discussions participants are invited to join Gallery curators and guest speakers in an exploration of the Gallery’s permanent collections and exhibitions, followed by tea or coffee with the speaker to allow for further discussion. Fee €5. No booking required, although places are limited.
The films in the Hugh Lane's 2018 Spring series have been selected by Jessica O'Donnell, Head of Education and Alice Butler, writer and co-curator of aemi (http://aemi.ie/)
