While Hugh Lane Gallery is closed to the public for refurbishment, we continue to lend artworks to support exhibitions at galleries and museums in Ireland and internationally so that a range of audiences can continue to engage with our collection.
Camille Souter’s Waiting for the Sun to Come Out (1965,) is included in the exhibition, Fisherwoman, Fisherwoman, at the Irish Museum of Modern Art. The exhibition brings together works by Camille Souter and Alberta Whittle and runs from 6 March to 13 September 2026.
