Discover a Selection of our Recent Acquisitions

Over the past decade, Hugh Lane Gallery has been collecting new works by artists already represented in our collections alongside artists who are entering the gallery for the first time. Such acquisitions give life and breadth to the collection by referencing earlier movements and concerns whilst also presenting what is the art of the now. These acquisitions have come about through generous donations and bequests as well as through purchases. We are delighted to present this exciting display of new works by celebrated Irish and international artists.
