The road in front of Hugh Lane Gallery Parnell Square North between will be completely locked off to vehicles this Sunday 6th October 2024 from 7am to 2pm.
Pedestrian access to the Hugh Lane Gallery will be maintained at all times, the visitors and attendees to our Sundays at noon Concerts will be able to walk in.
