Purchased by Hugh Lane and his supporters for the gallery of modern art in Dublin, the collection includes exceptional works by Manet, Renoir, Morisot, Monet, Degas, Pissarro and Vuillard. Many of these are shared with the National Gallery London under the Sir Hugh Lane Bequest Agreement.
