Cappella is an award-winning mixed voice choir based in Dublin City Centre under the musical directorship of Roisin King
Cappella was formed in 1998 and from the outset it was decided to combine high quality competitive singing with vibrant concert performances.
Cappella has made its mark on the competition circuit, winning prizes in both Ireland and the UK. The choir has had the great privilege of singing for the President of Ireland, as well as performing in events in the National Concert Hall, Farmleigh House and the National Gallery of Ireland.
The choir has toured extensively visiting Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the UK over the years.
Cappella performs a varied repertoire ranging from popular music and traditional Irish folk to classical and sacred music.
