Join us for a peaceful yoga session designed to restore balance and harmony in both body and mind. This class combines asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath control) into a sequence of gentle movements, deeply connected with the breath. Guided breath retentions and focused movements will work at a deep subtle level to help you release negative emotions and cultivate positivity and clarity.
