Patrick O’Laoghaire is an Irish song-writer, composer, writer and performer. Until late 2023, he performed worldwide under the moniker I Have a Tribe, collaborating with acts such as Lisa Hannigan, Clare Sands, Anna Calvi, Leslie Feist. O’Laoghaire has performed in Wembley Stadium, 3 Arena Dublin, (with Bon Iver), NCH, Vicar Street, CCI Paris, amongst others. He is a regular participant with the PEOPLE collective, curated by The National, and has been invited to hold workshops on song-writing and composition in the Irish World Academy of Music, University of Limerick.
His work has received critical acclaim, cited “one of Ireland’s most exceptional musicians” by The Irish Times. Recent releases have received extended airplay on RTE and BBC radio, and all recent Irish shows have sold out.
