Join us for a talk with artist Jonathan Mayhew.

Jonathan Mayhew is an Irish artist and occasional writer based in Dublin. Using poetry, literature, technology and theory, he manipulates physical and invisible materials creating works in a variety of media, questioning the world we live in. He is interested in how we think about technology and society, how we use it and how it in turn uses us, while exploring the blurring edges of fiction and reality. His works offers a poetic escape from the hyper reality we live in.

Jonathan was the TBG&S/HIAP international residency exchange awardee 2019 and was the EVA Emerging Artist for Wexford in 2016.

Along side his artistic practice, he has also worked as director of One Gallery in Dublin and curator at Monster Truck Gallery.

He’s most recently written for the Rumpus and has shown work as part of Earth Rising at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, 2022.

Free, book or come on the day subject to availability.
