Adult Art workshop: National Drawing Day 2024
Saturday 18 May 2024, 10.30am-12.30pm
Join artist Claire Halpin in this experimental mixed media drawing workshop for adults for Drawing Day 2024. We will visit the exhibition Sacred Trust in the galleries including works by Michael Kane and Degas as a starting point for our explorations of drawing looking at line, shape, composition and abstraction. Moving from line and shape we will expand line drawings into looking at positive and negative space through abstraction using a range of 2D materials.
No experience necessary. All materials provided.
