Join artist Claire Halpin in this experimental mixed media drawing workshop for adults for Drawing Day 2023. We will visit the Richard Gorman and John Beattie works on exhibition in the galleries as a starting point for our explorations of drawing as a mark, a point, a line made in space. Moving from a mark committed through an action to a 2D surface we will expand drawings into 3D movable marks, shapes, planes, edges, forms and compositions using a range of 2D and 3D materials.

No experience necessary. All materials provided.
