Embracing her love of French music, soprano Sandra Oman, with pianist Niall Kinsella, performs a programme of French Art-Songs by Reynaldo Hahn, Gabriel Fauré, Ernest Chausson and Erik Satie, culminating in Francis Poulenc’s dramatic scena, ‘La Dame de Monte-Carlo’. The programme showcases the melting pot of musical influences in French mélodie in the 19th and 20th centuries.
